Shipping Policy

Welcome to BEDLAM. By placing an order through our website (https://www.bedlam.store), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency, set mutual expectations, and protect both you and us throughout the purchasing process.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the out-of-stock product — you may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout and collected at the time of purchase. This is the final amount payable for shipping.


3. Returns & Cancellations

3.1 Standard Returns

Once a return is received and approved, the refund will be issued as store credit for future use. We will notify you by email upon processing.
Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

  • Cancellation charges are determined on a case-by-case basis and generally range from 10-12% of the order value.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Upon validation of your claim, you may choose one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit of the same value

  • A replacement (subject to availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Transit time within India typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays or last-mile delivery issues. 
All sales are final. If a customer refuses delivery, BEDLAM is not responsible for the package once it has left our facility.

4.2 International Shipping

International orders usually take 4 to 22 business days to arrive, depending on destination and local customs.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched after 3 business days  and 5 business days for custom orders after payment is received.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We aim to minimize any delays caused by such closures.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address anytime before your order is dispatched. Please note, this may lead to slight delays.

4.5 Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will refund the amount for the unavailable product(s) and dispatch the rest.

4.6 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the expected timeline, we recommend contacting the courier service directly. BEDLAM is not liable for delays due to external factors such as weather, political unrest, courier staffing, or other uncontrollable events.
All sales are final. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds once the package has been shipped.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment. Please note: manually processed orders may not include tracking.


6. Parcels Damaged or Returned in Transit

6.1 Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, reach out to our support team for further instructions.

6.2 Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Shipment refusal

...the customer will bear the cost of reshipping. BEDLAM is not liable for packages that are returned under these circumstances.
Please ensure that your contact details and shipping address are accurate. Some couriers may require an OTP upon delivery.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the product prices displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties

For international orders, BEDLAM is not responsible for any import or customs duties levied in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
