Refund & Return Policy
At BEDLAM, we are committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke products. Due to the customized nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict return and refund policy, outlined below:
1. Returns & Damaged Items
BEDLAM will honor any valid claim of a manufacturing defect, provided the claim is submitted within 48 HOURS of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Please note: As our bedding products are customized and made-to-order, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
If your return request is approved, you will be offered one of the following options:

A refund to your original method of payment;

A refund in the form of in-store credit;

A replacement item (subject to availability).
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process. If the return is due to a confirmed defect, BEDLAM will bear the cost of return shipping.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.

Reach out to your bank, as some delays are possible in posting refunds.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at:

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equivalent to the return value. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or was shipped to the purchaser first, any refund will be issued directly to the purchaser.
7. Shipping & Logistics
Our logistics partners will coordinate all deliveries and return pickups where applicable.

BEDLAM will cover the return shipping costs only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
