Returns + Refunds

Returns & Cancellations Policy

By placing an order with BEDLAM, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. All policies are intended to ensure transparency, set clear expectations, and comply with consumer regulations where applicable.


1. General Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a valid manufacturing defect. To initiate a return request, the customer must notify BEDLAM within two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Sale items, unless defective.

  • Monogrammed or customized products.

  • Returns based on color variance due to screen/device display differences.


2. Defect Claims

BEDLAM will honor valid claims of manufacturing defects if submitted within two (2) calendar days of delivery. Upon review and confirmation, the customer may select one of the following remedies:

  • A refund to the original method of payment;

  • Store credit for the equivalent value;

  • A replacement of the item (subject to stock availability).

Return shipping costs will be covered by BEDLAM in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting a returned item, BEDLAM will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • A restocking fee and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund charges will be applied on a case-by-case basis and typically range between 10–12% of the order value.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

BEDLAM reserves the right to apply cancellation charges ranging from 10–12% of the total order value.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not yet received:

  1. Please recheck your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as additional posting delays may occur.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@bedlam.store for further instructions.

Note:

  • Monogrammed sheets are not eligible for exchange.

  • All custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.


7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive store credit equivalent to the return value. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser who then gifted it later, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.


8. Color Variations

BEDLAM does not accept returns based on color differences. Due to screen and monitor calibrations, product colors may appear differently online. Color variation does not constitute a manufacturing defect.


9. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Customization fees will apply. No promotional discounts are valid on custom orders.


10. Shipping & Returns Logistics

Our logistics partners will coordinate delivery and, if applicable, returns.

  • If a product is returned due to a confirmed defect, BEDLAM will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the customer refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive the shipment, BEDLAM bears no responsibility once the order has been fulfilled.

  • If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be liable for reshipping charges.
